Discovery
Design without understanding the goal can lead to beautiful work that’s ineffective. We love learning about your industry and we’ll dig in and do our own research if necessary to ensure that we are designing to your audience and your company’s strengths.

Planning
For each project, we’ll outline the goals, success metrics, cost and timeline so that you feel confident and comfortable with our approach. We bill the time worked (not to exceed our quote) so that you get a fair price and aren’t surprised by unknown costs.

Execution / Collaboration
You know your business better than we do, so we want you to be involved in the execution stage to provide valuable insite along the way. Want to see all our sketches, drafts and progress? We're happy for you to be as involved as you want to be.

Testing / Review
Once we feel we have a final product, we’ll review the original goals and success metrics and make sure we hit the mark. If we didn’t, the revision to make it right is on us!

Finalize
We’ll see our projects through. From a print job that needs a press check, or a website that needs cross-browser tested. We’ll finish the job, on time, and on budget.
